Toms River held its annual Halloween parade on Monday.
The parade has been deemed the second largest in the world, according to the Guinness Book of World Records.
The parade kicked off at 7 p.m. at the Toms River Chopping Centre on Highland Parkway.
The tradition began back in 1937, as a local municipal Halloween event.
