Naomi. What conditions are you seeing right now, Kurt, we've got wet roads right now as we take a right southbound on the parkway, the roads are wet right now. We're heading towards Asbury Park. That's our plan for this afternoon. Parts of Monmouth County tonight. Really? Where a lot of that concern is. We're seeing a lot of conditions where there are flooding road closures, car flooded out, you know, and plenty of street closures, like I mentioned, that's what we're heading towards right now so we can keep you up to date on what we're seeing there. But right now on the parkway, the roads are wet, the rain is coming down not heavily right now. It's let's call it a heavy drizzle right now on the parkway as we head southbound, not seeing a whole lot of delays because of it, but the roads are slick if you're out and about, you know, easy desert out there. If you don't have to be out, you want to stay indoors for the evening as this thing passes through here. But yes, we'll keep you posted on when we get towards some of those areas there where we can see some flooding and show you what we've got going on out and about in your communities as we head out today.
