Police have a third suspect in custody following the death of a pizza deliveryman last month.
Prosecutors say a 16-year-old man is charged with “delinquency for committing acts.”
The suspect’s name was not released due to his age.
Meanwhile, two other men accused of killing deliveryman Dervy Almonte-Moore pleaded not guilty.
Joel Nunez and Andy DeJesus, both of Garfield, face murder, robbery, and weapons offenses.
They pleaded not guilty in Passaic County Court Wednesday morning.
Almonte-Moore was found shot in his car in Passaic last month.
Almonte-Moore was making a delivery to an address in Clifton just after 2 a.m. on July 15 when he was allegedly ambushed.
Police say he was shot as he attempted to drive away.
He crashed his car a short distance later.
