Another Stockton University student claims she was sexually assaulted at a fraternity house.

A federal lawsuit alleges the woman was drugged at a Pi Kappa Phi party and assaulted by a man and possibly two of his friends.

Criminal charges have not been filed.

It’s the third allegation of sexual assault at the university in just a month.
