Some Soundview tenants complain a busted boiler and bad management have left them to brave the winter elements indoors.

Residents at 1133 Morrison Ave. say the boiler is broken for a third straight year. They keep warm by boiling water on the stove. Tenants say they?ve contacted Pinnacle Group management, but the problem persists. Residents say they believe the company is trying to drive them out of the building so it can raise rent.

A building worker counters Pinnacle is a good company and the landlord is working to repair the boiler and restore hot water. Pinnacle has not returned calls for comment.
