Mayor-elect Cory Booker has promised to take back Newark. Booker proposes a curfew, providing recreational activities and job opportunities.

DeShaun McIntyre, 20, and a 16-year-old have been charged with killing Kelley and Ferguson. Police believe the teen fired the shots while McIntyre drove.
