Back here with John Velasco, senior editor at times guy, John, listen, every home office or dorm room needs a little bit of mood lighting. Uh starting with us. This is the Gove floor lamp two. I love about it. It's that it replaces like the lava lamps you see in a lot of kids rooms, it has a built in led light. You could transform the colors bright, you could even program it with Alexa and Google to actually control it with your voice. Now, when you've put away your work for the night, you wanna let loose a little bit. Let's talk about this from JB L in the front. Yes, that is the JB L part box stage 320. It's a massive speaker and the cool thing about it's a Bluetooth speaker, play your music, but also has a wireless microphone attachment. So you could actually sing karaoke, you could see the lights, you could program that and it's just a humongous speaker. I'm gonna shake the whole dorm room with that one. Listen, you'd be the envy of any dorm I think with, with this one right here. This is uh the X, Jimmy X Jimmy Mogo Three Pro. This is pretty cool. Uh First of all, the design is pretty amazing. A lot more companies are going with a circular design. Uh This actually has this music mode when it's in this form right here. So it's like a 360 degree sound which is powered by Harmon card and speakers. Uh John, I know you have experience with that in X. Jimmy in the past. It sounds really good. It's an excellent sound. Yeah. Um And so you can use it as speaker with this ambient light mode, then you twist it up in its projector. This is so cool because it's so small. This is the Anchor Nebula Capsule Air here and I mean, look at the size of this. It's, it's only a little bit bigger than, than a can of soda and this one you can actually hang upside down, put it wherever you want in, in the dorm room. All right, John. OK, John, we've looked at tech for work and tech for play. This is an amazing piece of tech that, that I think combines both. Uh Let's take a look. It's on the other side of the studio, you can probably hear it. It's the anchor make M 5 3D printer. This is great whether you're an engineering student or a hobbyist looking to print out your own designs, make some extra cash. This thing is you can see how fast it's moving, it's capable of printing at speeds of five millimeters per second. This model has got a touch pad, auto leveling even has a camera to let you keep track of your prints. Uh John, really cool tech. You've got some of the latest and greatest from Apple. Yes, we got the new iphone 16 lineup new this year across the lineup is gonna be the Apple Intelligence features all about A I this year. Let me start off with the standard series, the 1616 plus bigger uh nice nicer designs. You could see their styles. I love this a aquamarine color um with the standard one. And then of course, we have the pro max the Pro Max is still the top line iphone. A lot of A I features great cameras, of course. And in our testing longest iphone battery life yet today. Also, you've got the new ear pods. Yes, the airpods for there is an option now or noise cancellation. It has spatial audio. So it'll track your head and also allow for a 3d spatial movement and has that wireless charging case with a built in speaker and of course, you need to charge all of it. Yeah. What I love about the social base links charging station is that it's modular. Lots of yard work is in store over the next couple of months and tech could make your chores easier. Here's Eric Lander with tech check falls in full swing, mowing season rapidly coming to a close and there's one company making a lot of noise because of how quiet their mower is. Segway known for its scooters and other modes of personal transportation also makes robotic mowers called Navy mow. Uh This is actually part of their eye series. This particular model is rated for a quarter of an acre. Very easy to set up after you map out your yard via GPS and A I assistance and then set virtual boundaries, no perimeter wires. You can mark uh any off limit areas and then you hit start and you watch it go. You choose how short or how long you want your grass and then you sit back, relax and do your thing while the Navy mow does its thing. Smart object avoidance recognizes 100 and 50 different types of obstacles. Doesn't pick up clippings though. So you've got to mow. Regularly run time is about two hours per charge. And when it's done, the Navy mow parks itself right back in its base or charging station. You can even control it manually from the app. We tested it out right in the front yard here at news 12. Much to the chagrin of our lawn service. And one of the things that immediately struck me was just how ultra quiet it is. All right. So will these replace your lawn service? Probably not, especially if you've got a larger property, but it definitely frees you up so you can do whatever you want. Now, if only they made a robo snow blower that is tech check.
