Surveillance images released after 40-foot sailboat stolen from Jersey City marina
The suspect, who investigators said was captured on video surveillance, was wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt and black shorts.

New Jersey State Police is asking the public to help identify a man they say stole a sailboat from a marina in Jersey City.
Investigators said that on Saturday, Aug. 22, at about 11 p.m., troopers from the Marine Services Bureau-Carteret Station responded to a report of a stolen 1968 Hinckley Bermuda sailboat, measuring 40 feet in length and bearing sail No. 4066, from Liberty Harbor Marina in Jersey City.
The suspect, who investigators said was captured on video surveillance, was wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt and black shorts.
Investigators believe that at some point during the theft, the suspect changed into a blue hat and tan hooded sweatshirt.
As of Tuesday night, State Police said the boat had not been recovered.
