A Paterson-raised Super Bowl champion has made a generous offer to his hometown.
Victor Cruz once again donated 100 Chromebooks to Paterson students. He says that it is important that the students don’t fall behind academically, especially during this period of remote learning.
“As long as I have breath in my lungs, I will be back in Paterson giving back and doing positive things in the community,” Cruz says.
Cruz teamed with Altice USA earlier this year to donate the first 100 Chromebooks. Each student already has a Chromebook, but some of the devices will eventually need to be updated and replaced.
Altice USA is the parent company of News 12 New Jersey.
