News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Joe Martucci says it will be a hot and humid Monday with sunny skies in New Jersey.
WHAT'S NEW: Monday will be hotter and more humid than in days past, especially this weekend. Expect temperatures to feel into the low- to mid-90s.
WHAT'S NEXT: A cold front will pass by late Monday, helping to increase some cloud cover, but it should pass without bringing around any significant shower/storm threat. There will be a noticeable drop in humidity levels heading into Tuesday. The next chance for rain arrives by Friday.

OVERNIGHT: A few passing clouds with warm temperatures and a touch of a humid feeling. Lows in the mid-60s to low-70s.
MONDAY: Turning hotter and feeling more humid. Feels-like temperatures will be in the low- to mid-90s. Expect mostly sunny skies at first with a cold front passing by later on in the day. The winds will shift late night, allowing drier air to move down for Monday night into Tuesday. Highs in the upper-80s to low-90s. Lows in the low-50s to low-60s.
