News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Hope Osemwenkhae says it will be a sunny and mild Monday for New Jersey.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- No advisories at this time.
- It will be very cold, breezy under a mostly clear sky during the overnight. Any untreated surfaces will refreeze. Black ice is a concern for Monday morning.
- Bright, brisk and less harsh on Presidents Day. Highs in the upper-30s to low-40s.
- It stays dry, cold and calm through the first half of the week. Rain and wind returns Thursday into Friday.
OVERNIGHT: Mostly clear, very cold and breezy. Low near 28.
MONDAY: Sunny, cold and less breezy. Highs near 41. Lows near 26.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and cold High near 42. Lows near 30.
