A new study finds that more than 1.9 million online gamers in New Jersey suffer from insomnia.
The study was commissioned by Online-Solitair.com. The study found that 21% of online gamers in the Garden State have trouble sleeping. The study also found that gamers in Vineland are the most affected.
Online-Solitair.com ran a nationwide survey and also combined results from official data from County Health Rankings to see where America’s most sleep-deprived gamers reside.
The study also found that Newark, Pennsville, Elizabeth and Evesham Township rounded out the top 5 most sleep-deprived cities in New Jersey due to online gaming.
But there is some good news. New Jersey did not make the top 5 most sleep-deprived states in the nation due to gaming. The top 5 include Virginia, Alabama, Kentucky, Indiana and South Carolina.
