Exercise could be very dangerous for people who have recently recovered from the coronavirus, according to a recent study.

The study published in JAMA Cardiology found that the virus had a serious impact on heart health in nearly 80% of people.

Working out could put extra stress on the heart muscle, and for some it could be deadly.

The study says that anyone who had the coronavirus should get an MRI and wait at least six months before beginning an exercise routine.
