STORM WATCH: Rain and snow expected to fall overnight in New Jersey

Rain and snow are expected to fall across New Jersey Friday night into Saturday morning.
Storm Watch Team meteorologists says that while most of the state will see rain, several inches are possible in certain northern areas.
WHAT’S NEXT: Most of the rain and snow are expected during the overnight hours. The snow is mostly expected in northwestern areas of the state, but a burst of snow is possible along the Garden State Parkway from the Union tolls to PNC Arts Center.
Visibility on the roads will be poor, so drivers should give themselves extra time and slow down if they must be outside.
OVERNIGHT: Rain and snow begin. Overnight lows dip to the mid-30s.
SATURDAY: Rain and snow in the morning, ending around 8 a.m. or so. Mostly cloudy for the remainder of the day. Daytime highs around 43 degrees. Overnight lows around 31.
SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy with the chance for some more rain. Daytime highs around 46 and overnight lows around 35.
MONDAY: Cloudy with more rain expected. Daytime highs around 45. Overnight lows dip to 33.
TUESDAY: Chance for some more snow to return. Daytime highs around 40 degrees. Overnight lows around 30.
