New Jersey State Police are looking for a suspect wanted for assaulting an 82-year-old woman in Burlington County.
Police say that the woman was sitting inside the car waiting for her daughter in the parking lot of a Hainesport Township supermarket around 9:30 p.m. on June 11. The keys were left inside the car, according to police.
The suspect then reportedly walked up to the silver 2015 Toyota Rav 4, opened the driver's side door, assaulted the woman and then forced her out of the car. He then drove away in the vehicle.
The suspect is described as a black man with long, braided hair. He is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and around 170 pounds. He was wearing a white Phillies baseball jersey, white pants and red shoes.
The 82-year-old is expected to be OK.
