Three people were killed in a crash Saturday night on the Garden State Parkway in Middlesex County, according to state police.
Authorities say the incident occurred at 11:55 p.m. around Exit 131 in Woodbridge.
They say 54-year-old David Dryerman was operating a Tesla Model S when it ran off the road, struck a sign, hit a guardrail and concrete bridge support.
He and his wife, Michele, 54, were killed in the crash. A 17-year-old girl also died.
All three victims were from Woodcliff Lake, according to authorities.
The incident remains under investigation.
