State police say a large tree branch snapped and fell on a car in Hainesport, leaving a woman dead and another man hospitalized.

Some Edison residents are without water following water main break

snapped and fell on a car in Hainesport, leaving a woman dead and another man
hospitalized.
It happened Tuesday just before 7 a.m. on Ark Road.
A large hole remains on the tree from where that
branch fell.
State police are looking into what caused the branch
to snap.
