On a less windy day, you can walk around Harborfront Park right on the Long Island Sound.

Or get your skates on and enjoy the view. In these winter months, you can rent skates at former shipyard building, the Port Jefferson Village Center, and go ice skating at The Rinx at Harborfront Park.

And don’t worry it you are a little, or a lot, wobbly, you can book a lesson.

If you want to warm up after being out on the ice, get a hot chocolate at Toast or visit one of the many dining destinations.
