South Jersey schools delay opening for day after Eagles' Super Bowl

At least two school districts, Pennsauken and Gloucester City, have announced a two-hour delayed opening on Monday, Feb. 10, following the big game where the Eagles will face off against the Kansas City Chiefs.

With the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl, some schools in South Jersey are making accommodations for fans.

At least two school districts, Pennsauken and Gloucester City, have announced a two-hour delayed opening on Monday, Feb. 10, following the big game where the Eagles will face off against the Kansas City Chiefs.

School officials from both districts have stated that this decision will allow families to enjoy the game while ensuring that students and staff can still attend school safely and well-rested.

Gloucester City School District ended its announcement with a spirited "Go Birds!"
