An elevator in a Bronx building hasn't been working for months and tenants say they're fed up.
The Department of Buildings says it received five complaints and issued one violation in August about the elevator problem at 1694 Davidson Avenue. Residents say they are ready to rally all of the tenants and take their case to court. They add that they may hold rent if the situation doesn?t change.
The building?s management company says it is working on fixing the elevator but must wait for replacement parts to arrive.
