Mondelez Global announced that there was a possible presence of small food-grade yellow plastic pieces from a dough scraper that was incorporated into the production process of a small amount of the product.
The company says it became aware of the issue when yellow plastic pieces were noticed on the manufacturing equipment.
This recall is limited exclusively to Cheese Nips  that have a “best when used by date” of May 18, 2020, May 19, 2020 and May 20, 2020 (retail UPC 0 44000 03453 5).
