Grocery stores are expected to be crowded this weekend as shoppers prepare to get what is left on their holiday food list.

Employees at Wegmans say the most popular item flying off the shelves is lasagna, along with some baked goods.

Shoppers filled their carts with last-minute essentials for their Christmas meals.

One woman says she is cooking for three parties this holiday.

"I'm making rice balls, which is one of the favorite," says Lil Russell. "I'm making a few desserts. I'm making some stuffed peppers."

Wegmans is expecting more people picking up seafood, produce and perishable items this weekend.
