Shake Shack is expected to open a new location at the Menlo Park Mall in Edison.
The store is expected to open as of Nov. 30, 2020.
The franchise has been expanding in New Jersey, with restaurants recently opening in Parsippany and Lawrenceville.
The chain was established back in 2004 and is headquartered in New York.
