Train service is returning to the Bridgewater station for the first time since the remnants of Ida hit the Garden Station.
The train station was inundated with flood water and badly damaged.
The sidewalk to Patriot Place is still closed.
For eastbound service to Newark or New York, customers need to walk west to the pedestrian overpass over Patriot Place.
