A Somerville judge has postponed the sentencing of a Franklin school bus aide found guilty in connection to the death of a 6-year-old student who was in a wheelchair.
Amanda Davila was convicted Monday of endangering the welfare of a child.
Her attorney told the judge that they will be filing a motion for a new trial.
The two sides will argue the case in March, and Judge Peter Tober will decide if a mistrial should be declared.
