Sen. Bob Menendez was expected to appear in federal court Wednesday in Manhattan to enter a plea in his indictment after being accused of acting as a foreign agent to benefit the Egyptian government.

His new arraignment date is now scheduled for Monday, Oct. 23 at 3 p.m., according to the Southern District of New York.
