Several Jersey Shore communities, including in Sea Girt, are helping the growing refugee crisis in Eastern Europe.
Sea Girt police is collecting donations to be shipped to Ukraine. 
The shore town is working in conjunction with the Ukrainian American Cultural Center of New Jersey.
People have already dropped off enough supplies to fill three trucks in just two days.
Donations can be dropped off at Sea Girt Borough Hall in Monmouth County until Wednesday afternoon
