A school bus driver who crashed a bus into the side of a West Caldwell home was driving drunk at the time of the crash, according to the police.
Anthony Stuckey, 37, faces several charges, including 15 counts of endangering the welfare of a child and driving while intoxicated.
Stuckey was the only person on the bus at the time of the crash. He was treated for minor injuries on the scene.
Officials say that Stuckey had just dropped off students at West Caldwell Tech High School. None of the students were on the bus.
Police also say that Stuckey did not have a proper commercial driver’s license to operate the bus.
