Students are trying to stay focused on final exams at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, but it's hard when Mother Nature is not cooperating.
"Definitely would have helped if it was a little bit warmer but I guess it kind of forces us to stay inside and kind of study," says Greg Katz, of Morristown.
Mother Nature could be helping students get better exam grades by keeping it so cold outside, they don't leave the dorm.

"I was up studying late last night so it did kind of perk me up a little bit and woke me up, but it is very cold and I'm not doing a very good job of taking care of myself because I'm not wearing my gloves right now so," says Miranda Lichtenstein, of Roseland.
Some students have to make major scheduling adjustments for finals week, and the cold weather only seems to make it harder on them.
