Rowan University is canceling all winter sports, according to a statement made by the athletic director.

The sports include basketball, soccer, track and field.

It comes in addition to canceling the fall sports they had hoped to play in the spring, including football.

A decision about the status for spring teams, which includes baseball and softball, will be made in the near future.
