Employees who work in a Fair Lawn office building were shocked to learn there were cameras inside several public restrooms.
The building, located on Route 208 South, is home to several companies. Employees say they found small cameras placed in the corners of the restrooms. Many say it is an invasion of privacy.
One employee says she was told the cameras were put in place because the restrooms were being vandalized.
News 12 New Jersey placed cameras next to the hidden cameras and found it appears they are focused on the sink area. Some women say they are very upset because they change in the restrooms. They add sometimes they change in front of the sink and not in a stall.
The building is owned by Kushner companies and managed by Westminster Management. Calls to the management company were not immediately returned.
