'Rest in peace our beautiful angel': Gabby Petito's former boss posts heartfelt tribute to social media

The tight-knit community of Blue Point is remaining mostly silent Monday after the discovery of what's believed to be Gabby Petito's body.
The community has shown an outpouring of support to the family since Petito was reported missing on Sept. 11.
The FBI announced Sunday that a body was found in Wyoming matching Gabby's description. An autopsy is set to take place on Tuesday.
In a statement, a lawyer for the Petito family, Richard Stafford, released a statement thanking rescuers and to respect the family’s privacy.
It comes as more details about Gabby's life on Long Island surface.
The 22-year-old used to work at Nole on Main Street in Patchogue. Her father posted a video on Twitter that shows Gabby celebrating at Nole in 2019.
News 12 has learned that many of Gabby's former co-workers and even her old boss now work at Dublin Deck in Patchogue. One employee at Dublin Deck says she didn't know Gabby personally, but her heart goes out to the family.
Gabby's old boss MacKenzie Miller posted a heartfelt message to Facebook saying, "Rest in Peace our Beautiful Angel."
The post by Miller was shared by Gabby's dad on Twitter and by the Blue Point Fire Department on Facebook.
