Temperatures have warmed a bit on a favorable wind ahead of rain and storms that will slide through later tonight – much later into Saturday morning.
This weather system will not be too disruptive. Beneficial rains are expected, and the timing of the worst of the wet weather appears to be in the overnight hours.
The weekend will not be a washout. Rain should subside by lunchtime on Saturday. The winds will pick up and dry the atmosphere out. Those same winds will also once again try and cool things down a touch, too.
Sunny skies are expected for the second half of Saturday and Sunday looks wonderful.
The first part of next week is also under the influence of fair weather. The weather issues arise late Tuesday into Wednesday. A series of impulses swings through, keeping the weather disorganized and showery right up to Thursday morning.
While the Thanksgiving holiday itself looks (right now) to be fair and dry, getting to your holiday destinations could have a few weather hiccups.
