Congregants at an Essex County church will only be able to attend a few more services before it closes for good.
The Trinity Episcopal Church in Montclair has a long history dating back to its start in 1916. However, church leaders say they will now have to close up due to low attendance. They add the church just can?t stay open any longer for financial reasons. Those parishioners who attend services say they are sad to see the church close.
Parishioners from the church will now attend services at the Christ Episcopal Church on the Bloomfield-Glen Ridge border.
