yesterdayA Lodi resident has been charged in the fatal shooting of a man in Hoboken, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.
Authorities say Erick Fernandez shot Julio Flores along the Waterfront near Castle Point Skate Park on Feb. 1.
He is also accused of returning to the site to dump the body in the Hudson River.
