Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella has announced the arrest of a Wyckoff man on charges of stalking.
According to the prosecutor’s office, an individual reported to Haworth police on Aug. 23 that a GPS tracking device was located on his vehicle.
The prosecutor’s office says its investigation revealed Brett Halloran, who is employed as an attorney, was responsible for placing four GPS tracking devices on vehicles in a repeated and ongoing pattern of stalking against an individual.
Halloran was charged with fourth-degree stalking. He was released subject to conditions following a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on Aug. 26.
