Essex County Prosecutor Paula Dow is asking for help from the public to track down who killed three college students in Newark on Saturday.
?Help us put to rest this violence and help us bring relief to the grieving families, who will grieve for the rest of their lives,? Dow said at a press conference Tuesday.
Delaware State University students DaShon Harvey, Iofemi Hightower and Terrance Aerial were shot to death Saturday night in the parking lot of a Mount Vernon school. The only survivor, Natasha Aerial, remains heavily sedated in the hospital with a bullet wound to her head.
Investigators say Natasha Aerial has provided them with limited information due to her heavy sedation.
?She?s a survivor, thank God,? Dow said. ?She?s giving us some help, but I am out here because I want the community to come forward and give us some leads.?
Meanwhile, new security cameras have been installed at the school where the shootings occurred.
