A Manchester man pleaded guilty to arson and bias intimidation for a series of crimes he committed in June 2023.

Officials say that Ron Carr, 35, vandalized more than a dozen homes in the Pine Lake Park neighborhood of Middletown. He defaced some with Nazi symbols. Carr then returned to the area the next day and set a house on fire.

Carr faces more than 13 years in prison when he is sentenced in August.
