A Warren County man is facing charges for allegedly exposing himself to a mother and her child on Halloween.

Authorities say Phillipsburg police were called to East Boulevard in Alpha for reports that a man in a pink bunny suit was exposing his genitals.

Police say witnesses stated Thomas Mohring was exposing his genitals to a woman and her 10-year-old son while they were trick-or-treating.

Authorities ay that as officers approached Mohring, he was attempting to cover up a hole in the crotch of his costume.

Mohring was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and lewdness.
