Nearly two million homeowners and renters are eligible for the ANCHOR program.
Those who are eligible will be getting an application in the mail in the next few days.
The program offers up to $1,500 in rebates for homeowners and $450 for renters.
This program is the largest property tax relief initiative in state history.
