For the second time in less than two years, the president has nominated a conservative justice to the Supreme Court. Political reporter Katie Kyros talks about how Judge Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation could affect the court with Professor Carlos Gonzalez, Professor of Law at Rutgers University.
The Army Corps of Engineers introduced a handful of possible plans to help prevent the kind of storm surge and damage Superstorm Sandy caused the region in 2012. One of those proposals is a 5-mile sea barrier from Sandy Hook to Queens.
