Wharton State Forest is the largest state park in New Jersey.

At the peak of the season, it's a busy time for those running the place who had to turn away hundreds of people as the park hit capacity on the Fourth of July.

News 12's Brian Donohue spent the day with the guy in charge of the park - Superintendent Chris Ford – who is living his dream while never losing sight of what the place means to people.
