While many New Jerseyans are flocking to the shore this weekend, one 8-year-old Montville has created the shore - out of Lego bricks.
Tyler Matus, of Montville, won the contest for Mini Master Model Builder title of New Jersey at LEGOLAND Discovery Center at the American Dream in East Rutherford. His Jersey Shore Lego creation will now compete with 13 others nationwide for the title of North American Mini Master Model Builder.
Tyler's creation, which depicts the ocean, beach, boardwalk and amusement stands on a New Jersey boardwalk, was inspired by his family's annual vacation in Point Pleasant Beach.
On today's "Brian's Positively New Jersey" Brian Donohue sits down with Tyler to take a tour of a unique depiction of the beaches we all love.
