Police: Worker killed while operating motorized scissor lift in Middletown
The victim was identified as 58-year-old Kevin McAdorey, of Brick.

16h agoMiddletown police say a 58-year-old man died in a workplace accident on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say that Kevin McAdorey, of Brick, was operating a motorized scissor lift while working at a site located at 1040 Route 35 in Middletown.
They say that while the left was elevated, McAdorey came into contact with powerlines. Police say that McAdorey fell about 20 feet and was found unconscious.
McAdorey was taken to the hospital and was later pronounced dead.
Middletown police and OSHA are investigating.
