Jersey City police say a woman was shot and killed Tuesday night after attacking two officers with a knife.

Authorities say the officers were responding to a domestic dispute called in by the woman's husband. According to police, the officers were given entry to the home by the husband and stabbed while trying to disarm the woman.

Both officers received minor injuries and are expected to survive.
