An elderly woman has been found dead following a fire in Jackson Township, according to police.
The fire started Thursday night inside a home on Lehigh Boulevard.

Jackson Township Police Chief Matthew Kunz tells News 12 New Jersey that one person leaped from the second floor to escape the fire. That person suffered minor injuries but refused medical attention.
Kunz says that three first responders also sustained minor injuries.
The deceased woman’s identity was not immediately released.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
