(05/24/06) RED BANK ? Police are questioning a Manhattan lounge bouncer in relation to a shooting that left a Red Bank man dead and three others wounded.
Investigators say the shooting took place Tuesday night outside Opus 22 in Chelsea. Police later identified the deceased victim as 25-year-old Red Bank resident Gustavo Cuadros. One of the injured individuals is hospitalized and listed in critical condition. The two other victims were also hospitalized, but their wounds are not believed to be life threatening.
Police say the 30-year-old bouncer in question ran away from the scene after the shooting. He later turned himself in for questioning. According to police, the shooting stemmed from an argument between the bouncer and the victims.
