The man accused of killing two people in a Maurice River crash last month is facing a slew of charges, according to police.
A criminal complaint states that Levon Woods was involved in the head-on collision around 4 a.m. on Feb. 22.
State police say the Atlantic City man crossed into the oncoming lane of County Route 552 on Millville-Mays Landing Road.
The vehicle struck another car containing two Mays Landing residents, who were both pronounced dead.
Troopers say Woods was driving under the influence at the time of the crash.
The charged against him include vehicular homicide, liability vehicular homicide, and violation of law intended to protect public health and safety.
He is scheduled to appear in a detention hearing on Wednesday.
