A man accused of walking into a Secaucus animal shelter with a loaded BB rifle is facing charges.
Police say Cordell Phillip, of Queens, threatened two volunteers at the shelter on Sunday after a dispute over an injured dog.
The charges include making terroristic threats and unlawful possession of a weapon.
