Police investigate deadly shooting in Woodstown
At approximately 5:30 p.m. officers responded to an apartment on Lee Street following reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they located one individual who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Woodstown Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting that occurred Saturday evening.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. officers responded to an apartment on Lee Street following reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they located one individual who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators believe the victim was targeted. While a suspect has not yet been taken into custody, authorities say there is currently no indication of a threat to the general public.
